1 Bunch Chinese Broccoli
1 Cup Chic Peas
1 Large Clove Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Blanch the Chinese broccoli until tender and bright green.
Chill it down in an ice bath.
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Toss in Chinese broccoli and chic peas.
Saute until warm throughout.
Sprinkle with red chili flakes, salt & pepper.
Serve with warm Naan bread or Roti.
